So I managed to get so much cleaning and packing done yesterday that I am taking my time putting together music videos and baking experimental cookies (Choc/Choc Chip with a hint of orange and coffee). All that's really left to do is move the furniture and make sure I can get connected to my Dish box so I am not missing my favorite shows on the road.
We have a long trip ahead so let me break it down for you:
10/9 - Depart Redwood Valley CA 5am - we are driving straight through to Flagstaff AZ
10/10 - Spend some time with D's friend JC and his girl A - Depart Flagstaff AZ 1pm (this part of the trip I have not pre arranged a hotel, we are just going to drive until we are too tired to drive any more)
10/11 - Arrive in Moore OK Midday - TIME TO SEE THE PICKLE FACE AND THAT BABY!!! Yep seeing the BFF and her new gorgeous baby Asher. We will be here a few days!
10/14 - Depart Moore OK 7am - Drive to Memphis, see Graceland, drive on to Nashville TN
10/15 - Depart Nashville for Manassas VA 8am - See DC at night :)
10/16 - Spend some time in DC before we depart to Philly PA! We are going to be here until 10/19
10/19 - Depart Philly for NY!!! When I'm gone and I wanna go home Im going mobile!!!
We have nothing really planned aside from Graceland and the hotels but I will be updating the blog along the way with pictures and stories from the road.
I depart for SXM on 11/13, D follows me 12/10. I am not looking forward to those weeks apart I can tell you that, although it appears D is looking forward to it very much. Men, sheesh!
